Threadgate accepts returns for exchange only within the conditions. The customer must email email@example.com for a Return Authorisation number before you send back the item/s.
Exchanges are valid for full price items and sale items.
All returned merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original shipping date.
Exchanges are processed within 7 days.
Return postage is at the customer's expense.
Any goods returned are the customer's responsibility until they reach the head office. Threadgate recommends sending with tracking as Threadgate will not be responsible for undelivered parcels.
A confirmation will be sent to the customer when the retune has been processed.
Threadgate have the right to deny returns if the garment returned does not meet the policy requirements.
Threadgate pays careful attention to the finish and quality of all products. All orders are quality assessed before being dispatched. If an item is found to be faulty a full refund will be issued after assessment. Return postage will be reimburshed by Threadgate.
